Not that he pays it any mind, since he's swinging around to face Chuuya a second later. It really is familiar - that well of something sick that pulses deep inside, that twists and bends and brings out all of the worst things tucked down within.

Wei Wuxian, for his part, starts shifting back into a more relaxed demeanor with a speed that perhaps isn't quite so surprising now. There's a little stiffness to it, though - like he's having trouble settling back into his usual rhythm.]
Good - good! I'm glad you survived. Sounds like quite a dangerous thing to be using, though... Especially if you're relying on someone else to keep you in check.

That said, while there are plenty of things he regrets from his past, supermurdering Wen Chao, Jiaojiao and Core-Melting Hand is definitely not among them. There's no hesitation or remorse - a little trace leftover, perhaps, of the person Chuuya had experienced in that memory.]
It was. I would have put them down a thousand times over if I didn't have other things to do, but killing a corpse isn't very satisfying, anyway.
