[ DING DONG... If the town has teen cops then I guess Chuuya has teen reporters because here's 9S coming into his office yet again with some breaking news. And a man. Limp and bound and bloody in the leg, the man is tossed over 9S's shoulder with no apparent difficulty. 9S himself looks a little dusty and distracted as he walks on in. ]
