[She's silent for a moment - for one of many reasons. There are a lot of things that could have shocked her today.

Caren's teeth graze her bottom lip when she bites it for a second, then she draws herself up and gets serious for a second.]

Monika talked with me, a little bit ago. She told me Ranpo was a Reaper. I don't know how she knew, but... she seemed pretty sure.

Monika? [Caren repeats. Then she nods a little.]

Her new partner told me the same. There was a note containing two names, confirmed.

He also told me he was told by one person to give the information to another third party. No names, however; perhaps she was one of them.

The second on the note was Junko Enoshima.

She might have been. Monika told me she couldn't say anything about her source, only try to get me in touch with them-- and she named Junko as being one of them, too.

[the information lines up. even if their two sources are partners, it's... still a relief.]

I think we have an agreement, sort of? She knows I was cleared and says she trusted me with all of this because of it... and she admitted that she lied about getting the hint from Max for her eye. She picked a pin like Eleanor did.

-I don't know if I trust her yet, but she says she'll prove herself tomorrow.

It is easy to put faith in someone you nearly died alongside.

[She would have barely given Monika a second thought if not for the adventure they'd had, as well as the subsequent conversations about what they'd discovered and other results of the journey.]

Let's wait and see what she does. I am willing to keep hope that she will follow through on her promises.
