[chuuya does exactly that, though, releasing his grip on her and placing a hand over hers, taking hold of her wrist instead. he isn't completely letting go of her, but it's more than enough for her to shift position.]

Caren might do more damage if she were actually in danger or actually trying to wrench away from him, but it isn't just for show, either. She means every second of it.]

she pulls him down, and chuuya lets her. it's a little strange to feel the weight of gravity so keenly when he used to be able to negate it-- but the weight guiding him to his knees is more than a single force of nature. it's her force of will, too, something that he'd like to see her show more of.

[It's not a control she's completely used to exerting with him, beyond pinching her nails into sensitive skin when she's trying to prove a point or exchanging venomous words - for fun, for show, to make him squirm. So it isn't entirely unfamiliar, but it's more agency than she's used to taking.
