[PCs] team trust no bitch aka team hat aka chuuya & caren
[but is it really team hat if only caren has one, though? that's the real question here.

[Given the topic, he should know exactly what they're talking about. His smugness is still feeding into her aloofness, so she sounds more determined than ever when it comes to the topic of quieting him.]
I don't intend to try. My success is already all but guaranteed.
no subject
[he says, still not moving from his spot. he's comfy? let him live his unlife.]
But if you really think so, why haven't you gone ahead and done it, if you want me quiet that badly?
no subject
[Yes.
Still perched some distance from him, seated so she faces half-away, Caren turns to fully look at him over one shoulder.]
I'll do it when I'm tired of hearing you talk.
no subject
[and now he knows for future reference, see, it works out.
chuuya's torn, though, between continuing to talk just to see what happens and shutting up to see if it's really what she wants out of him... in the end, he chooses to leave it at that, though he may not stay quiet for long.]
no subject
[Caren goes quiet too in the wake of his silence, still a little huffy, though the blush on her cheeks becomes a shyer pink over time. She's the one who disrupts the silence again, even if she just said she was content to shut him up there.]
I didn't have an objections to what happened in the karaoke booth that night.
[It's got some strange associations now, to put it lightly, but the night itself...she wants to think of it fondly still, if she could.]
no subject
[his way of saying that he had no objections, either.
it was nice, honestly, to just spend time with each other there, especially knowing now that it was some of the last time they had together on that side; it's a fond enough memory for him, one he wishes he still had a reminder of.]
I don't have any objections to whatever you want to happen here, either.
no subject
[After literally about fifteen minutes of having this conversation with her body angled away from him, Caren turns around, pulling her legs up onto the bed and hugging them to her chest as she faces him.]
Normally I don't care about getting information in exchange for giving it, but I don't think I should let you leave this time until you've passed on your own thoughts.
no subject
[yeah they're really having this Talk apparently and thanks i hate it.
he'll at least match her shift in position and prop himself back up, so he's no longer half staring at the ceiling instead of caren.]
If you really want my opinions? I don't mind it rough either. It's more fun when it's a fight, I think-- but I'm fine with being on either end, honestly.
no subject
[Still holding her knees, so she actually as to subtly rock herself up along the mattress, Caren scoots an inch or two closer, shins stretching out in front of her.]
You know I couldn't beat you in a fight, but I like to think I know what it's like to struggle. What about that knife of yours? [She's opening up a little bit more, maybe, just a little.]
no subject
[he is still dubious, okay, her kink is not his kink, but Maybe. maybe.
anyway, about the knife.]
If you don't mind a little pain, blades are good for that-- I'd let you use it on me too, if you wanted. It's not like I can't heal us up.
no subject
[All that's a very complicated and philosophical speech to talk about these types of interests, and it's probably overdone. But, if anything, it seems like she's being honest about what a difficult conversation this is for her to have.]
You know I wouldn't mind it, even if it was only a little. Subjecting you to something like that... I probably wouldn't be able to help myself, either.
no subject
[it's not quite a mirror of 'you can do what you want with my body', but-- well, similar enough, probably. this is a small thing to him, compared to other promises the two of them have made.]
I'll keep the rest of that in mind, too, if that's how it is for you.
no subject
[She tilts her head to the side, waiting for him to add anything else, if it's there.]
Do you feel better now, knowing I'm not suffering in silence? Or have you not had the chance to speak your mind just yet?
no subject
[he's said the things that come to mind; he won't refuse questions from her, though.]
no subject
[She lifts her cheek from her knee slowly, as if mulling over an idea she's had for a while.]
If you're finished, are you ready to be quiet, now?
no subject
[chuuya props his chin in his palm, watching her with a small, lopsided grin.]
no subject
[He looks comfortable where she's been reclining all this time, and so Caren finally bursts the bubble of his personal space, crawling a little closer until they're no longer comically far apart for the kind of conversation they've been having.]
no subject
Do you really need a reason, though? If you want to do something you should do it. Be a little more selfish, Caren.
no subject
[She sits up on her knees next to him, frowning at a topic that isn't worthy of this sort of seriousness. Hooking her index finger under his choker, she flexes her knuckle until she can feel the stretching tension between skin and material. Caren hms.]
This is your final chance if there's anything else you want to say.
no subject
All I have to say is--
Surprise me.
[show him just where she's going with this. she says she doubts he'll like the outcome, but he thinks he'll be fine with it regardless.]
no subject
Surprise you... [Caren repeats his words as if they were important directions. A second finger slips beneath the choker to join the first, tugging so she can feel the hollow of his throat when she bends her knuckles. Lips very close to his, knee almost caressing his, Caren leans in until their lips are barely touching.]
Yes, I think I’ve figured it out now.
[Without warning, she releases him and rolls away, escaping the bed and walking away from him, back purposefully turned like she knows she’s causing a problem as she strolls toward the adjacent bath’s door. There isn’t a lot of time to catch her, but it can be done, especially if he’s outraged enough to move quickly.
It was supposed to be a surprise.]
no subject
he'd been expecting a different sort of action, and his breath is still caught in his throat as she escapes; he releases it in a surprised little puff of air, still feeling the faint sensation of her fingers against his throat even without them there.
he's not outraged, but he's not slow either, quickly stepping after her and reaching out to wrap an arm around her waist-- his voice is low in her ear, and while there's a hint of annoyance in it, there's more interest.]
So you wanted to stun me silent, huh? Or just shut me out? Neither of those are that easy to do, you know.
[his hold on her isn't too tight, though, nor is it exactly loose; it's one that won't give way instantly, if still one she could break if she really wanted to. he hasn't forgotten what she said about roughness, but chuuya's still giving her the option to leave first.]
no subject
[The slight annoyance in his tone makes her breathe out a nervous laugh. Well, it isn't her fault that getting a reaction out of him turned out to be enjoyable.
She squirms against his hold on her, testing the grip without really trying to break it. Well, it's not like she doesn't know how to be titillating even while it looks as though she's trying to resist, so she takes advantage of their close proximity to do just that, leaning back into him. Caren grips the arm around her waist fingertips-first, the grasp surprisingly gentle.]
Will you let me turn around? I can try again, if you'll just give me your pardon.
no subject
Depends. Are you going to do the same thing, if I let go of you now?
[chuuya does exactly that, though, releasing his grip on her and placing a hand over hers, taking hold of her wrist instead. he isn't completely letting go of her, but it's more than enough for her to shift position.]
no subject
[Unless she really approves of the result apparently, since Caren is turning around in his arms and pushing her fingers beneath the back of the choker this time, pulling it tauter against his windpipe.]
Would it be humiliating to be gagged with the very cloth that took a man's life?
